This sprawling and truly excellent property is situated on a high promenade, is peaceful and private, and has superb views of Acapulco bay and the city itself. A well-equipped and luxurious property furnished to a very high standard, this villa is ideal for large private groups or for corporate entertaining. The house features two large swimming pools, one is a shade pool, and two lounge decks with a Jacuzzi on each. A lower thatched palapa pavilion is excellent for relaxing in front of the pool to quiet music, and the upper palapa is an ideal haven with lazy hammocks for afternoon naps. The most unique feature of this sensational house is a large rubber tree that grows through three floors coming out finally on the top deck where it finds sunshine and offers shade to the terrace. Includes paddle tennis court, and several terraces and social areas. The indoor dining room, seating up to 16, is an excellent meeting room as well. Outdoor dining area can seat up to 24 persons.
